Cookies-No Egg, No Flour, No Milk - Just Yum!

Try this super simple recipe for breakfast, a great pre-workout snack or just an anytime snack.

2 cups quick oats

3 fresh, smashed bananas

1/3 cup applesauce

1 tablespoon Stevia or Truvia

Cinnamon to taste

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Want to add in extra protein, antioxidants, etc?

Consider adding: An egg or egg whites, cranberries, raisins, nuts, seed, dark chocolate chips, etc.
